1 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions and all supplementary policies published by jp118:

• "Platform" means the jp118 website accessible at https://jp118.pro, its mobile-optimized interface, and all associated products and services including the sportsbook, live casino, slots library, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets.
• "Member" / "User" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform or who accesses the Platform with the intent to register.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member upon successful registration and KYC verification, through which the Member accesses all Platform services.
• "Balance" means the total IDR-denominated funds held within a Member's Account, including both real-money funds and any bonus funds separately tracked by the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin credit, or deposit-match award credited to an Account under jp118's current promotional offers.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" means the number of times Bonus Funds (and, where stated, the associated deposit) must be wagered on qualifying games before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, the process by which jp118 verifies a Member's identity, age, and payment method ownership before processing withdrawals or awarding bonuses.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah (symbol: Rp), the sole account and transaction currency of the Platform.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all Platform operations including support hours, draw times, and promotion scheduling.
• "Restricted Territory" means any country, region, or jurisdiction from which jp118 does not accept registrations or gameplay, as determined by jp118 at its sole discretion.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the jp118 Platform is strictly conditional on meeting all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform. jp118 enforces a strict 21+ policy. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. You must not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your place of residence.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into contracts or participating in online gaming.
4. Single Account: You must not already hold an existing jp118 Account. Each natural person is entitled to maintain only one Account. Registering multiple accounts under different names, identities, payment methods, or devices to circumvent this rule is a material breach of these Terms.
5. Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on the Platform. If you have previously requested self-exclusion, you must not attempt to register a new account during the exclusion period.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money services on the jp118 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You agree that:

• All information you provide during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number — is accurate and up to date.
• You will promptly update your Account information if any details change.
• You will not use another person's identity, a fictitious identity, or a corporate entity name to register an Account.
• You will not register an Account on behalf of a third party.

jp118 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify Account information, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of ownership of each payment method linked to the Account.

Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may have their withdrawal suspended until verification is complete. jp118 will not process withdrawals to unverified payment methods.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify jp118 customer support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or if your credentials have been compromised.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your Account on your behalf.

jp118 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your Account where such use results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. jp118 reserves the right to suspend any Account where unauthorized access is suspected, pending investigation.

5 Deposits

jp118 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following supported payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Maximum Deposit: Variable by payment method and Account tier. Refer to the cashier section of your Account for current limits.
• Processing Time: E-wallet deposits (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited within seconds. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 1–5 minutes under normal operating conditions.
• No Third-Party Deposits: Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. jp118 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from a third-party source will be returned, and the Account may be subject to review.
• Deposit Fees: jp118 does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.

jp118 reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit and to delay crediting of funds pending verification. Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to gameplay. 6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to verified payment methods registered in the Member's name. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100.000 per transaction.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests submitted during standard banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–21:00 WIB) are typically processed within 3–15 minutes. Requests submitted outside these hours may take up to 24 hours.
• KYC Requirement: Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. First-time withdrawal requests always trigger a KYC review if not previously completed.
• Wagering Completion: Any active Bonus Funds wagering requirement must be fulfilled before real-money funds associated with those bonuses become eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal Method: jp118 reserves the right to process withdrawals via the same channel used for the corresponding deposit. Withdrawal to a different payment method may require additional verification.

jp118 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that display patterns consistent with money laundering or fraud. Such reviews may extend processing time. jp118 will communicate any delay and its reason to the Member via their registered email address.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

jp118 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All promotional offers are governed by the following general terms, supplemented by the specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds. The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. jp118 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion based on Account history, verification status, and compliance record.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's terms, only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within the time period stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Abuse Prevention: jp118 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, placing low-risk or offsetting bets to meet rollover requirements artificially, and exploiting errors in bonus calculations. Detection of such activity will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in Account suspension.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and sportsbook bets may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's individual terms.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the jp118 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, or togel. The following general rules apply across all products:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once the Platform has issued a confirmation number or ticket. Bets placed during a system error, connectivity outage, or price feed disruption are not guaranteed and may be voided at jp118's discretion.
• Odds and Prices: Sportsbook odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement and confirmed in the bet receipt are the odds that apply to that wager.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. Current limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement.
• Voided Bets: jp118 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the outcome has been determined by fraud or match-fixing; (b) a material error in odds or game rules has occurred; (c) the event has been cancelled or abandoned; or (d) there is evidence of technical malfunction affecting the result.
• RNG Games: All slot, virtual, and table game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by jp118's licensed studio partners including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe. • Live Casino: Live dealer games are subject to the rules of the relevant table game as explained within the game interface. Disconnection during a live hand does not automatically void the bet; the hand will be resolved according to standard game rules.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jp118 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account using another person's identity or false information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent Platform security measures.
• Collusion with other Members to manipulate game outcomes, share cards in poker, or coordinate bets to exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or wagering on events where you have privileged non-public information.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds to generate profit. Any such profits are not considered valid winnings and will be reversed.
• Using the Platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software, games, or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jp118 staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a Restricted Territory using VPN, proxy, or other obfuscation tools.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the jp118 Platform — including but not limited to the jp118 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, written content, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of jp118 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of jp118.

Game content supplied by studio partners — including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe — remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by jp118 under valid licensing agreements.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jp118 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in odds, game rules, or promotional terms published on the Platform, provided jp118 acts promptly to correct such errors upon discovery.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events, or actions of third parties outside jp118's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized use of your Account where jp118 has taken reasonable security precautions and the loss results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, regardless of whether jp118 was advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits jp118's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

12 Responsible Gaming

jp118 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. All Members are encouraged to use the following tools available within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) during which you cannot log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term self-exclusion directly from your Account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and, once applied for a permanent duration, cannot be reversed.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. 14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jp118 holds its international gaming license.

By registering an Account and using the Platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts and/or dispute resolution bodies of that licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms.

Nothing in this clause prevents jp118 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
